Reagent kit NA-Extra-SW is designed to isolate DNA of viruses, bacteria and fungi from human clinical material (nasopharyngeal swabs, oropharyngeal swabs, vaginal swabs, cervical scraping, urethral scraping, first-void urine, prostate secretion) and RNA of viruses from human clinical material (nasopharyngeal swabs, oropharyngeal swabs) for further analysis in clinical laboratory diagnostics by reverse transcription (RNA), polymerase chain reaction (DNA) in the diagnosis of respiratory and sexually transmitted infections.
